Here we go. It's our mantra. It reflects our belief that people on bikes can be agents of change, and it should be a powerful reminder of the strength of inclusion.

We are committed to building, fostering and encouraging a stronger cycling community through inclusivity. With a focus on our headquarters, retail locations, our ambassadors, and our broader communities, we have established Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals related to four main categories:

COMMIT. We are dedicated to representing cycling's diversity internally and externally.

EDUCATE. We are increasing our team's cultural competency through educational experiences.

DIVERSIFY. We are committed to attracting and retaining a diverse PEARL iZUMi team.

INCLUDE. We are creating space to actively include all forms of riders and allies of the cycling community, from all backgrounds in our community.

The benefits of riding are well known, for health, community, the environment, and individual happiness, and we're here to share them far and wide.
